The Vaniman StoneVac from 3DNA Dental is a purpose-built powder recovery vacuum and dust collector for powder-bed additive manufacturing workflows. Designed for high-production SLS, SLM, DMLS, SAF, MJF, PBF, EBM, and binder jetting applications, it captures heavier powder, fine dust, and particulates during printing and post-processing. The StoneVac AM supports dry powder materials including Nylon 11, Nylon 12, TPU, polystyrene, polypropylene, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, cobalt-chromium, Inconel, tungsten, titanium alloys, and ceramics, making it a versatile solution for dental laboratories, manufacturing facilities, and additive manufacturing production environments.
This Class II, Division 2 vacuum combines a high-capacity brushless motor, digital speed control, lab-grade HEPA filtration, and a bagless removable dust bin to support efficient powder handling and recovery. The included ESD-resistant cyclone accumulator captures particulates before they reach the primary filter, while the automatic filter-shaker motor activates every four hours of use to help maintain suction performance.
