3DNA Dental ("3DNA Dental," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit www.3dnadental.com (the "Site"), buy or inquire about our products or services, create or use an account, subscribe to our communications, attend or register for an event, or otherwise communicate with us (collectively, the "Services").
This policy applies to personal information about Site visitors, customers, prospective customers, professional contacts, and individuals who communicate with us. It does not govern the privacy practices of independent third parties, including linked websites, social-media platforms, payment providers, or business partners, which have their own privacy notices.
Personal Information We Collect
The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with the Services. We may collect identifiers and contact information, including your name, business or practice name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, account username, and professional role. We may collect this information directly from you, your organization, or an authorized representative.
We may collect commercial and transaction information, including products or services viewed, purchased, returned, or requested; order details; payment status; shipping and fulfillment details; and purchase history. We may receive this information from you, our commerce platform, payment processors, fulfillment partners, and service providers. We may also collect payment-card or other payment details needed to complete a transaction. Payment processors generally handle payment-card processing, and we generally do not retain complete payment-card information after processing.
We may collect account and support information, including account credentials, account settings, support requests, and communications with us. We may collect internet and device information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, cookie identifiers, approximate location derived from IP address, pages viewed, links clicked, referring URL, and interactions with the Site. This information may be collected through your browser, device, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
We may collect marketing and event information, including newsletter preferences, consent records, campaign interactions, event registrations, and responses to surveys or promotions. We may also collect professional information, including your business name, professional title, practice or laboratory affiliation, and information relevant to a business inquiry or professional-use product request. Where permitted, we may develop inferences about preferences or interests from Site activity, purchases, or interactions with our communications.
Please do not submit patient records, protected health information, medical images, or other sensitive clinical information through public Site forms, ordinary email, or other unsecured channels unless we have expressly directed you to an approved secure method. This policy does not replace any separate agreement, notice, or privacy terms that may apply to a particular professional relationship or secure workflow.
Sources of Personal Information
We collect personal information directly from you; automatically when you use the Services; from your organization or authorized representatives; from service providers that help us process payments, fulfill orders, host the Site, provide customer support, or conduct marketing and analytics; and, where permitted, from publicly available sources and business partners.
How We Use Personal Information
We use personal information to operate our business and provide the Services. We may use it to process and fulfill orders, process payments, deliver products, provide customer service, manage accounts, respond to inquiries, schedule meetings or events, maintain records, improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Site, understand how visitors use the Services, measure the effectiveness of marketing, and send marketing communications where permitted.
We may also use personal information to protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Where applicable privacy law requires a legal basis, we process personal information to perform a contract with you or your organization, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate business interests that are not overridden by your rights and interests, or obtain your consent.
We rely on consent for activities where consent is required, including certain non-essential cookies and direct-marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing already performed before withdrawal. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Cookies, Pixels, and Similar Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember preferences, provide security, understand Site use, measure campaigns, and support advertising and remarketing where enabled. These technologies may collect device and browser information, IP address, pages visited, interactions, referring URL, and identifiers.
Strictly necessary technologies support core Site functions, security, checkout, fraud prevention, and transaction processing. Preference technologies remember settings and help provide a more consistent experience. Analytics technologies help us understand Site performance, traffic, and interactions. Marketing and advertising technologies support measurement, advertising, and remarketing where enabled and permitted.
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. If you disable certain cookies, parts of the Site may not function properly. Where we offer a cookie banner or preference center, you may also use it to manage applicable non-essential technology choices. Browser settings, including Global Privacy Control ("GPC"), may communicate a preference to opt out of certain data sharing or targeted advertising. We process legally recognized opt-out preference signals, including GPC, as required by applicable law.
How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose personal information to commerce, payment, and fulfillment providers to operate checkout, process payments, prevent fraud, fulfill and ship orders, and provide related customer support. We may disclose information to technology and communications providers to host and operate the Site, provide email, forms, scheduling, customer communications, data storage, security, and technical support.
We may disclose personal information to analytics and advertising partners to understand Site use, measure campaigns, and, where enabled and permitted, deliver or measure advertising. We may also disclose it to professional advisors and authorities to obtain professional advice; comply with law, lawful process, or regulatory requirements; and protect rights, safety, and property. We may disclose information in connection with an actual or proposed merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, and to other parties when you request, authorize, or otherwise direct the disclosure.
The service providers and platforms used in connection with the Site may include Shopify, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google or Google Tag Manager, and Meta, as applicable to the feature, campaign, or integration involved. These providers may process personal information on our behalf or, in some circumstances, under their own privacy notices and terms. For example, Shopify may process certain data when it provides commerce or consumer services; its consumer privacy policy is available at shopify.com/legal/privacy/consumers.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, when marketing, analytics, or advertising technologies are enabled, certain online identifiers and internet activity information may be disclosed to advertising or analytics partners. That disclosure may be considered a "share" for cross-context behavioral advertising, a "sale," or "targeted advertising" under some U.S. privacy laws, even where no money changes hands. Your choices and opt-out rights are described below under Your Privacy
Choices and Rights
We do not share SMS opt-in consent or related SMS consent records with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. If you enroll in an SMS program, you may opt out by following the instructions in the message, including by replying STOP where that option is provided.
Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to provide the Services, maintain business and transaction records, meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and preserve evidence. The period depends on the nature of the information, the purpose of processing, the sensitivity of the information, the availability of a deletion or anonymization option, and applicable legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or aggregate it, subject to legitimate backup, legal-hold, and archival requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access. No internet transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. You should use appropriate safeguards when communicating with us and should not send sensitive information through unsecured channels.
Your Privacy Choices and Rights
Depending on where you live and the nature of our relationship with you, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of certain personal information; to restrict or object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to opt out of certain uses of information for targeted advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or a statutory "sale" or "sharing." These rights are subject to applicable law and may not apply in every circumstance.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. Transactional, account, service, safety, or legally required communications may continue where permitted.
To make a privacy request or opt out of data sharing or targeted advertising, email info@3dnadental.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" or "Opt Out of Targeted Advertising" and include the email address and other information needed to identify the relevant records. You may also write to us at the contact address below. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and process your request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.
If an authorized agent submits a request on your behalf, we may require proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly, as permitted by law. If we deny a request, you may appeal by emailing info@3dnadental.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal" within 60 days of our response. We will review the appeal and provide a written decision as required by applicable law. You will not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, may have rights to know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; the sources, purposes, and categories of recipients; to correct or delete information; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where required, you may also have the right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about consumers.
For the preceding 12 months, we may have collected the categories of personal information described above, used that information for the purposes described above, and disclosed it to the categories of recipients described above. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Additional Notice for EEA, UK, and Swiss Residents
If the privacy laws of the European Economic Area ("EEA"), United Kingdom ("UK"), or Switzerland apply to our processing of your personal data, you may have rights to be informed, access your personal data, request rectification or erasure, request restriction, object to processing, receive portable data in certain circumstances, withdraw consent, and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your habitual residence, place of work, or alleged infringement.
Personal data may be processed in the United States and other countries that may have privacy laws different from those in your country. When required for an international transfer, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism or safeguard recognized by applicable law.
Children’s Privacy
The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us using the contact details below. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child in a manner that requires deletion, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites, social-media services, or other services that we do not control. Your interactions with those services are governed by their own privacy notices and settings. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
