PioNext Mini Dental 3D Printer brings professional digital dentistry production into an ultra-compact, chairside-friendly platform. Measuring just 200 × 170 × 241 mm, the PioNext Mini is designed for dental practices and laboratories that need high-performance resin 3D printing without the footprint of a conventional production system. Its all-in-one design combines precision printing and integrated curing to help simplify the digital dental workflow and support efficient same-day manufacturing.
At the heart of the PioNext Mini is a 9K LCD imaging system with an 18 μm pixel size, delivering the resolution needed for detailed dental production. The printer offers an 80 × 70 × 80 mm build volume, layer thicknesses from 0.01–0.1 mm, and print speeds up to 60 mm/h. Dual 385 nm and 405 nm wavelengths expand material flexibility, while compatibility with PioCreat BOX and CHITUBOX Dental software makes the PioNext Mini easy to integrate into modern digital dentistry workflows.
