Simply take an intraoral scan, upload it to the 3DNA Digital Design Portal, and submit your prescription. No impressions needed. Our team handles the rest — from case design to delivery.
What is the turnaround time?
Case design is completed within 48 hours of your approved Rx (24-hour expedited available). Patient-ready trays are shipped to your door in approximately 2 weeks, with expedited options available.
Do I need to purchase a 3D printer or lab equipment?
No. 4D Aligners powered by 3DNA Dental are produced entirely by our lab. There is no printer, no lab equipment, and no molding required on your end. Just scan and send.
How many refinements are included?
Every treatment case includes up to five refinements at no additional cost, ensuring you can achieve optimal outcomes for your patients.
What types of cases can be treated?
4D Aligners powered by 3DNA Dental can treat Class I–III malocclusions including mild crowding, moderate alignment issues, severe overcrowding, rotated teeth, and deep bite cases. Our unique design options (Twin Blocks, Bite Ramps, Hooks, etc.) enable advanced biomechanical solutions.
