Product Description
Rodin Denture Base 2.0 is a biocompatible, Class II dental 3D printing resin engineered for high-precision removable denture fabrication. Developed for trained dental professionals and laboratory technicians, this advanced light-curable denture base material is intended for producing full maxillary and mandibular removable partial denture bases. With robust mechanical properties and a 385/405 nm photopolymer platform, it gives digital dental labs a reliable solution for producing strong, accurate, patient-ready denture bases.

Built for both performance and aesthetics, Rodin Denture Base 2.0 delivers enhanced resistance to impact, fracture, and wear. The formula reaches 114–130 MPa flexural strength, 3.9–4.8 MPa√m fracture toughness, and at least Shore D 95 hardness when processed under the manufacturer’s stated test conditions. Choose from Original Pink, Classic Pink, Light Pink, and Meharry shades to create more individualized gingival aesthetics, then polish to a durable, high-gloss finish for an attractive digital denture result.

For efficient dental 3D printing workflows, Rodin Denture Base 2.0 prints at 50 μm layer thickness and supports 385 nm and 405 nm wavelengths. Its low water solubility and controlled water sorption support a durable denture base material, while the manufacturer notes accuracy that rivals or exceeds milled dentures. Whether your laboratory fabricates full or partial removable prosthetics, Rodin Denture Base 2.0 offers a high-impact, polishable, odor- and taste-free option that helps elevate digital denture production.
