A: Very minimal polishing needed after cuts. On a fresh burr, no polishing is needed at all.

A: About 300 pc per day (8 hours)

Q: Can you provide customized fixture to match different thermoform machines and 3D printer?
A: No, we only design fixtures for KA-200 and match the accuracy of 3D printer. KA-120 and KB-100 must use our standard fixture.

Q: How long is the tool duration?
A: Depends on the material, the thickness and resin.
